Redefining timber as a material of temporality, the
drawings & the model study wood's ephemeral trait
as an experience. Even after its degraded form(rotted),
the timber leaves trace, affecting the surrounding
materials. The smudge on translucent paper
demonstrates the adjacent relationship between the
matter of decaying timber and stone(the surrounding).
Timber vanishes over time, yet the experience of
thinness remains from its subtle presence.
